First : Introduction and Acceptance:
Packageha provides you with access to its interactive websites and services through its website Packageha.com
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using any of our services. Second : Design services:
Bakjaha provides design services through the following:
- "Pakjaha" creates a special design upon request at a reasonable, non-refundable price - with the possibility of requesting one modification to the design by the customer in accordance with the conditions stated below.
- According to the client’s desire, “Packageha” designs according to the logo sent by the client at a reasonable, non-refundable price - with the possibility of requesting modification to the design by the client in accordance with the conditions stated below.
- Enabling the customer to create his own design through the interactive website.
- If the client wishes to use a pre-prepared design, the client uploads the design through the website or sends it directly to be placed on the cover.
When requesting a design service, “Pakjaha” allows the possibility of requesting modifications to the designs upon inspection according to the following conditions:
- The client may request modifications only once, and must be requested within 72 hours starting from the client’s preview of the design model.
- Any modifications that aim to redesign or radically change the design are not accepted, on the basis that any modifications requested by the client must be subject to the specifications and initial requests agreed upon with the client before starting work, and should not include any new requests that were not agreed upon.
- In the event that the client requests any new additions other than those agreed upon in the design or requests the inclusion of any modifications aimed at redesigning or radically changing the design, it will be counted as a new request and the client will bear the cost of a new design that is determined by “Packageha”. Pricing and payment procedures will be prior to starting the modification work. And design.
- When requesting an amendment, the customer acknowledges his acceptance of any change made to the work time frame in accordance with the rescheduling that takes place on the delivery date.
Third : Exchange and return policy:
- Printing works and design works that were prepared according to the customer’s request or according to specifications specified by him or to which his approval was obtained. Even if the design was prepared by “Pakjaha”, it is not accepted in any way to return or exchange all or any part of it.
- When the customer completes the payment process, it is a confirmation of approval for printing. The customer bears responsibility for verifying the file before starting the printing process. This is done by verifying the information, colors and sizes before uploading the file to the site. The customer has no right to request reprinting or a refund in the event of an error.
- “Packageha” converts the design colors to “CMYK” in the event of a color defect due to poor file quality, and the customer has no right to request a refund or reprint.
- Under no circumstances can any modifications be made to the design after the payment process. An exception is made for one case that occurs without any mandatory status on “Packageha”, and that case occurs when the customer sends the modification request via email to info@packageha.com After payment within a period not exceeding 12 hours, and this is conditional on “Packageha” not having started the printing process.
- Packaging is committed to packing and sending all boxes in good condition, and you must ensure that there is no damage that may occur during the transportation process, as well as verify the policy before signing.
- Delivery times are determined by “Pakjaha”, with the need for the customer to understand that the specified delivery times are estimates and may be subject to several factors beyond the control of “Pakjaha”. These factors include, but are not limited to: bad weather conditions or any malfunctions that may occur to machines. Printing , or any malfunctions that may occur on means of transportation , or the unavailability of the required raw materials , or any delay caused by transport companies transporting publications, or any other circumstances beyond the control of “Pakjaha”.
- In the event that the shipment arrives in a state of deficiency or a radical and fundamental difference from what was agreed upon, “Packageha” is obligated to correct the error or reprint, and this occurs in specific cases, including providing a box other than what was requested by the customer, or any cases of discrepancy. Radical approved by “Packageha”, and the customer directly contacts “Packageha” to clarify the problem, attaching the order number, a photo of the order, and pictures explaining the problem, and “Packageha” accordingly bears the shipping costs again after confirming the error, and the customer is committed to reshipping it in its original condition. Within two days from the date of receipt, provided that it is in its original condition at the time of delivery and without damaging the carton or any box or damaging any sticky notes in the product or its packaging. If the product is damaged, damaged, or incomplete, the return or exchange request will not be accepted.
- "Pakjaha" is committed to shipping your correct order directly so that it reaches you as soon as possible after verifying that the product that was previously sent has arrived correctly in terms of number and packaging in its original condition and in the same carton.
- Bakjaha has the right to change prices without any prior notice, and this condition does not apply to orders currently being executed.
- Customized covers designed by the "customer" are not exchangeable or returnable.
Fourth : Shipping and delivery policy:
- The shipping company is a third party between the customer and “Packageha”, which denies “Packageha” any responsibility for any delay or delay in the delivery process committed by the shipping company.
- Shipments are delivered within a maximum of 15 days, and the customer has no right to complain until after that period has been exceeded.
- The process of delivering shipments to the customer depends on the customer’s location, and whether or not he is supported by a shipping company. This is verified through the company’s website or communicating with it. The delivery process may take more than (15) days if the customer’s location is not supported.
- If the shipment arrives damaged due to shipping, the customer is obligated to submit a report to the shipping company, attaching photos of the damaged product, packaging, order number, and tracking number within (24) hours of receiving the shipment.
- The shipping company estimates the extent of the damage and its causes, and the customer is compensated for it up to a maximum of 100 riyals.
Fifth: Intellectual Property:
- "Pakjaha" owns all ownership rights to the designs that are prepared on its own templates, and "Pakjaha" has the right to refrain from sharing the shape of the templates and designs in order to protect the rights from imitation or illegal use.
- Bakjha owns all the ownership rights to these designs and may not be reused or imitated without.
- “Pakjaha” is a registered trademark. No party may use its mark or any of its services or contents or any derivative works or improvements thereof, including but not limited to: (all packaging templates, texts, files, images, graphics, information, content, materials and services The technology, documents, and interactive features included in or available through our Services (collectively referred to as “Services Content”), and such Content and any rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use are expressly reserved to “Pakjha” and may not be used by any party without obtaining “Pakjha’s” consent. Sixth: Access and Use:

Seventh: User registration:

- The customer is obligated to inform Bakjha immediately and in detail of any security breaches or any unauthorized use of the account.
Eighth: User Content:
- Its package preserves most of the printed designs in case the customer wants to print again.
- “Pakjaha” photographs the sold boxes and displays them on social media for the purpose of marketing to both the “customer” and “Pakjaha”.
- The customer acknowledges and undertakes not to send any content bearing one of the following aspects:
- Any content that violates in any way the rights of others, including but not limited to: any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, or any intellectual property right of any person or entity, and if the customer does so, the “Bakjaha” has the right to refuse to work on it, and “Bakjaha” does not bear any consequences that may arise from sending or using that type of content.
- Any content that impersonates another person or entity or is threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable to public morals.
- Any content that encourages behavior that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or violate Sharia law or regulations.
- Bakjha reserves the right to display advertisements relating to Customer's User Content and to use Customer's User Content for advertising and promotional purposes, and Customer agrees to include its User Content on the websites and advertising networks of third party distribution partners and service providers (including downstream users). ).
- Bakjha has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor User Content and has the right, in its sole discretion and for any reason, to edit, refuse to post, remove or disable access to any User Content.
Ninth : Compensation:

Tenth: Determination of responsibility:
- If the customer is dissatisfied with any of the services provided by “Packageha”, he must communicate to clarify his complaint via email at info@packageha.com . If the state of dissatisfaction continues, the customer has the right to stop using these services without prejudice to any of the rights arising from any dealings. Previous, this clause applies to any damages resulting from the use of goods received through “Packageha”.
- In no event will Bakjha bear any type of liability arising from, relating to or resulting from the Customer’s violation of any of these Terms of Use.
Eleventh: Termination:
- “Bakjha” reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to terminate or suspend the customer’s account/membership and/or prevent his use of its services for any reason, including, but not limited to, the customer’s failure to comply with the text and terms of these Terms of Use.
- The customer agrees that Bakjaha shall not be liable to him or to any third party for any termination or suspension of his account/membership or for preventing his use of our services.
- Any suspension or termination shall not affect the customer’s obligations previously arising towards Bakjha under these Terms of Use, and these Terms of Use shall remain in effect after the suspension or termination of your membership with respect to any rights arising therefrom or continuing obligations under an existing relationship, including, but not limited to, The rights and licenses granted by you under this Agreement.
Twelfth: Copyright Policy:
- Printing any design bearing the logo of a government entity requires a signed and stamped authorization letter from the relevant authority.
- Bakjha respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect our users and customers to do the same.
- In appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, it may terminate and/or disable the membership of users suspected of infringing the copyrights (or other intellectual property rights) of others. Additionally, in appropriate circumstances and in its sole discretion, we may remove or disable access to material on the Bakjha Site that may be infringing or the subject of infringing activity.
- If the Customer is a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, the Customer is obligated to notify “Pakjha” of any infringement of the copyright of his work by providing “Pakjha” with written notice thereof.
